Indian Cooking: Does Anyone Know A Recipe For Cooking Vegetables With Tomato-based Sauce?
I’ve tasted some Indian food before which was vegetables (cabbage, tomatoes, carrots) cooked with a sauce that tastes something like tomato. I’m trying to find other ways of cooking veges instead of always using oyster sauce or soya sauce you see.
