I recently came up with the idea of cooking instruction videos and bought a few. Now I am not only seeing but hearing the cooking and instructions. Would this help me better than the cookbooks?

I want to know from you what you would like to learn, how you would like it to be.
I was thinking about meeting twice a week for three weeks, for two hours ( 7-9pm) time to eat what we prepared included.
is this too much time, or too little?
This class would also explore psychological features of eating and would link the cooking experience with cultural facts ( hystory of recipes, cities and landscapes in Italy when they are made…)

What would happen if you didn’t cook the wine cooking sauce and drank it like you would regular wine? If I just took a bottle of red or white wine cooking sauce, and poured a glass, would I be drinking alcohol? What would happen to me? Would it be bad for me?
