healthy living starts with respecting yourself including your body, mind and soul.
Body. Eat as healthy as you can including raw fruits and vegetables every day with a lot of water(8 glasses a day)
Exercise every day even if only for 10 min.
Get plenty of sleep.
mind. try and learn something new every day. Meditate or pray at least once a day. interact with others, read or write.
Soul. be good to yourself and others. Be true to your ideals and practice loving with an open heart.
