Why blame high food prices on the poeples cultures?
Has any heard about this Lifestyles product: Dec 12, 2012 Official Countdown? I actually have used it and found it to be excellent.

Maybe. But most of the problem seem to come from the high oil price. The rest are the result of climate change and poor harvest.

The real problem boils down to supply and demand. With shortages and/or increases in demand prices will rise. Both these are factors in the current high prices for agricultural products.
I am glad that these people have the chance to improve their lifestyle. Their depressed lifestyle of the past has been at the benefit of urban communities, and the wheel has turned.
