How Come Christians Don’t Want To Respect The Beliefs And Or Lifestyles Of Other People?

How come Christians don’t want to respect the beliefs and or lifestyles of other people?
Why is it that so many want to force Christianity down the throats of those who don’t want it but yet don’t even practice Christianity themselves?

I don’t know, but I think it goes with most of the religions, beliefs and lifestyles, not just Christinanity. Look at Islam or the gay parades. I think that it is about people who are insecure with their lifestyle choices or their beliefs that are trying to ram their ideas down our throats and want us to approve of them.

I don’t know where these forceful Christians are, but as for me, if someone asks me about my beliefs, I’m glad to tell them. I’m not ashamed of being a follower of The Way, but I’m not the type to hand out leaflets or shout from a street corner. If someone has a religion or a lifestyle other than mine, I’m probably not going to be mingling with them anyway, so it would be hard for them to force their views on me.
What happened, did a relative try to show you the error of your ways at Thanksgiving Dinner? Don’t take it to heart, they probably have your best interests in mind. When this happens, don’t overreact, just smile and go on your way.

I am yet to understand the concept of Christianity being forced down others throats. What do you mean? Are you tied to a chair while someone preaches the Gospel to you?? I am certain you ALWAYS have the choice of walking away. No one forces it on you at all.
