About 20 years ago the media were hardly interested in healthy lifestyles, since the rise in obesity the media has decided to take action, the only reason is because it is costing the NHS millions each year to tackle it, who agree’s that the media are going over the top on healthy lifestyles, not all of us are obese, this information is aimed at people overweight, not at people who are of normal weight and of good health

it really should be aimed at the people who carry more baggage and dont choose a healthy lifestyle. you can still have muscle and small body fat and carry alot of weight. the problem is that America is too avoidance of this big problem. theyve surely tried banning trans fats and whatnot but people will always choose to overeat. thats the problem. i say someone in the higherarchy needs to force exercise on these people to get them doing something.
