Do You Get A Refurbished Apple Iphone When You Need A Replacement Phone ?

I had a problem with my iPhone and Apple replaced it for me with a “new” one. Do they really give new ones, or refurbished ones? I was just curious.

    If they give you a refurb, legally they have to disclose it. My friend had a problem with her iPhone and it was replaced with a completely new phone.
