I Just Purchased A New Laptop. Is It Really Necessary To Make A Backup Before I Install Ay Software?
Friday, December 18, 2009 20:46I talked to the tech guy at compaq and he told me to back up the computer before I start adding any programs. Do I really need to do this? Do any of you do this?

No. He’s very stupid. If your new software crashes your computer, you just have to use System Restore.
Go to START then Help and Support on the menu.
