If I Want To Become A Vet Tech, What Should I Take In High School?

I know I should be talking to my course selection person, but insight from the Answers people would be awesome! I’d like to know which subjects/courses would be the most helpful in this career path.

I would check if there are AVMA accredited programs offered in your state. If there are I would contact the university that offers the program to check the requirements. This will give you an idea what you need to have to enroll.
Personally I would say to you: Why aim to be a vet tech, why not aim higher and try to become a vet?

Advanced Biology classes and Science..Do a science project on the innerworkings of a dog or proper diet of a dog or something of that nature. This may tell you if it is a desired field of work…
