You can access it from Start Menu - Top Right Folder (this is your personal folder, open it up). Now, you find a no. of folders within it. Just go to Downloads folder & check out your new gadgets. Double click any of them, and they get stuck to Windows Sidebar. All Vista Sidebar Gadgets that you download from the Internet, are saved to Downloads Folder under your Personal Folder.
