Is It Possible To Move The Icons On A Apple Iphone In A Different Order?

I have th enew Apple iPhone, 16GB. I want to know if I can move the icons (Texts, Address Book, You Tube, Weather, etc) into a different order.
I have 14 icons on the first page of icons, and there is room for 2 more. On the second page I just have my contacts. Can it be moved to the first page?
Has any heard about this apple+iphone product: 101 FREE Cooking Tips? I actually have used it and found it to be excellent.

yes, press on one and hold it down for awhile and they start to giggle then just drag them where you want them and press the home button

yes just touch and hold for a while until it starts shaking then u can move them
