Is There A New New Apple Iphone Being Launched Or Just A Software Update?

Can you tell me if there is an actual new Apple iPhone being launched which looks different from the original or is it just purely the software which you can update onto current phone as well as all new iPhones sold having this already?
Has any heard about this apple+iphone product: 101 FREE Cooking Tips? I actually have used it and found it to be excellent.

There’s a new phone that will be released on June 19th that looks like the old phone but has new features. There is also a software update, OS 3.0, that will be available for download on June 17th. They are not the same thing. The new phone will contain OS 3.0 and have additional features.
