Is There Any Way To Send Phone To Phone Pictures (not Via E-mail) Using Windows Mobile?

I have a Mogul by HTC from Sprint and apparently, after talking to tech support, I cannot use the cell phone to send a picture from it directly to someone else’s phone (i.e. via a text message) because I have Windows Mobile. Is there any way around this?

    On my AT&T Tilt it’s
    1.Start
    2. Settings
    3. Connections
    4. Beam
    5. Check “Receive all incoming beams.
    Other devices
    1 Start Bluetooth.
    2. Make device descoverable.
    On the sending device
    1. Locate the photo.
    2. Select (blue) the photo.
    3. Menu
    4. Beam…
    5. Wait for receiving device
    6. “Tap to send”
    Done.
