Tech Stuff

I want a song to play throughout the site no matter what page visitors are on and without any interuptions (or starting the song over again). Also, I need it to auto-start (or loop) so its ongoing. I’m highly familiar with HTML and CSS so don’t be afraid to talk tech! Thanks!
