This guy makes a bunch of comments about working in the tech support industry, and turns it into a stand up commedy routine. I know he has his own website that also shows a video of him training a new hire for tech support. when hes talking he also continuly puts the person hold that hes helping.<br />
Does any body know who he is?</p>

The glass does not seem to be dirty, it has not ever been treated rough (always been on my desk), it hasn&#8217;t even been used all that much. Any ideas?</p>
