Well, I Have The First Answer: Visioneer Tech Support Is A Pile Of Junk. I Need Help On An “obsolete” Scanner.

They’ve classified my scanner as obsolete and are trying to get me to pay $2 a min to talk with a tech support person about how I can get the thing to work. Would anyone happen to know why my Visioneer OneTouch 9120 USB is scanning some portions of black in images in the color red? The glass does not seem to be dirty, it has not ever been treated rough (always been on my desk), it hasn’t even been used all that much. Any ideas?

    No idea whatsoever but try leaving the hood open and cover your picture being scanned with a white sheet of blank paper.
