If I could talk with someone — e.g. a current employee — who has actually passed through the interview process, that would be the best preparation. It is better to anticipate the curve balls that will be thrown at you.
A question “Why should we hire you?” is pretty standard and something I have been asked in previous interviews. But if I am asked “Why is a manhole cover round?” which is reportedly being asked in interviews in Microsoft then I might be thrown off-guard http://www.sellsbrothers.com/fun/msiview…
Then I visualize going through the interview in my head. That’s the key for me and definitely keeps me relaxed and confident with the process

prepare for the questions to be asked of you and relax by taking hot baths and staying loose
